Does Teamwork integrate with NetSuite?
Teamwork lists NetSuite as a partner, and the integrations we found run through middleware; QuickBooks Online is reached through an iPaaS, cost unpublished. A jeweler we spoke with ran order management in Teamwork beside NetSuite and set out to make NetSuite the center instead. usellit starts from that premise: the ERP is the record, and the app posts to it.
How is it bought?
By quote, after a functional-analysis phase; implementations run 30 to 60 days and onboarding $5,000 to $8,000, with recurring costs estimated from $150 per user per month. Its customers are ASICS, Prada, Paul Stuart, Moose Knuckles: five to a hundred-plus stores. For one to ten stores it is over-engineered, by its reviewers' account as much as ours. usellit publishes three plans from $310 a month and lets a single store start the same day.
What does the record say?
Not much, which is itself a finding: six reviews on Capterra (3.4) and G2 (3.8), 68 on Trustpilot (3.0, polarised). The complaints repeat: "implementation of features is very slow and drawn out", support "slow to respond" that asks customers "to repeat things documented the same week". So does the praise: reliable, easy to use, tracks sales well.
Where Teamwork is strong
Offline and scale. It kept trading through the July 2024 CrowdStrike outage on local storage and automatic sync, and it runs chains of a hundred stores with apparel-grade styles, matrices and omnichannel orders; clienteling comes through a partner, Endear. On those two rows it and usellit draw level.

Questions people ask
Does Teamwork Commerce integrate with NetSuite?
Through middleware. NetSuite is a listed partner; there is no direct SuiteApp we could find, and QuickBooks Online is reached through an iPaaS.
What does Teamwork Commerce cost?
It is quoted, not published. Estimates start around $150 per user per month, with $5,000 to $8,000 onboarding and a 30 to 60 day implementation.
Is Teamwork right for a small chain?
Its customers run five to a hundred-plus stores; for one to ten stores its reviewers and its pricing both say it is more than you need.
How is usellit different from Teamwork Commerce?
Both are native iPad apps that sell offline. usellit posts to NetSuite or QuickBooks Online directly, publishes its prices, runs on Android too, starts in a same-day trial, and brings Spark AI to the counter itself.

- Review sites read on the date shown: Capterra, G2, GetApp, Software Advice, TrustRadius, Trustpilot, BBB, the Apple App Store and Google Play; plus vendor documentation, status pages, trade press and consultants' guides.
- Conversation evidence: notes and transcripts from more than 160 conversations with retailers and partners evaluating point of sale, January 2025 to September 2026, searched by product name. Counts are of conversations, not customers.
- Circles weigh documented capability first, then the balance of recent (2024 to 2026) reviews, then conversations. A single reviewer never moves a circle on its own.
- No site publishes an "ease of setup" score; ease-of-use scores stand in where quoted.
