Free 14-day trial

Run your real store on usellit. For fourteen days, free.

Connect your ERP, pair a device, and sell your own items to your own customers at your own prices. No card, no migration, and nothing writes to your ERP until you say so.

14 days · No card · Read-only until you say so · Your data leaves with you

The trial, at a glance

What you connect
Oracle NetSuite or QuickBooks Online, by OAuth · read and write
What syncs
Items, customers, prices, stock · transactions post back
What you need
An ERP admin, a tablet, and a few hours
What it costs
Nothing for fourteen days · no card up front
Getting live

Live in an afternoon, not a quarter.

You already did the hard part when you implemented your ERP. This is four steps on top of it.

1

Connect your ERP

OAuth, no code, no consultant. Your catalog starts flowing within the hour, and nothing writes back until you switch it on.

About 10 minutes
2

Add your people

Stores, managers and clerks, each with a badge or PIN. Permissions follow the person, so a manager approves a refund without anyone logging out.

About 10 minutes
3

Pair your devices

Install the app, enter the terminal’s key, hand it to the floor. Store, tax, reader, scanner, printer and receipt layout all arrive on their own.

Two minutes each
4

Start selling

Every sale posts back to your ERP as it completes. Finance sees the same numbers they always did, sooner.

Same afternoon
In the fourteen days

Everything, on your own data.

No sample products: your catalog, your customers, your card reader.

Ring real sales against your own catalog
Take a card on Square or Stripe
Run a promotion and watch it price correctly
Split a tender, refund a line, close a shift
Watch a transaction land in your ERP
Pull the plug and keep selling offline
Switch AI Clienteling on, and off again
Print, email, text or skip a receipt
The guardrail

Spark AI never touches the money.

Prices, tax and promotions come from a deterministic engine, as they do today. Spark suggests; it never decides what something costs.

Refunds and overrides come back as something a person taps, never something that just happens.
What Spark does
Finds the item, remembers the customer, suggests the second thing, explains the price.
What stays deterministic
Pricing, tax, promotions, tenders, refunds. The engine, every time.
Who decides
A person with the right role, tapping a button. Always.
What it costs

Two numbers: Console users and terminals.

The people who run the back office, and the counters you sell from. Everything else, including every clerk and every store, is included.

From $310 a month.

One Console user and one terminal on Standard; add more as you grow. Clerks and stores are free and unlimited on every plan.

Before you ask

The questions everyone asks first.

What if the internet goes down?

You keep selling. Sales wait on the device and sync on their own when the connection returns. Nobody stands there apologizing.

Does this replace our ERP?

No, and it isn’t trying to. Your ERP stays the system of record for items, customers and finance. usellit is the counter, and it hands everything straight back.

Can Spark change a price or issue a refund on its own?

No. Prices come from a deterministic engine, and anything that moves money waits for a person with the right role.

Where does our data sit?

In your own tenant, isolated from every other business, with transactions kept immutably. Card details never reach usellit.

We’re not on NetSuite or QuickBooks.

Those are the two ERPs live today. SAP, Sage Intacct, Acumatica and more are on the bench, in the order customers ask for them. Tell us what you run.

What happens after fourteen days?

You pick a plan or you walk away. Nothing is charged without you choosing it, your data leaves with you, and your ERP holds only what you chose to post.
