What’s actually free?
The app on every device, unlimited clerks and stores, and swapping the device on a terminal. You pay for Console users and terminals.
What counts as a terminal?
One device. If a device is lost or replaced, pair the new one to the same terminal at no cost.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who signs into the Console, view-only included. POS clerks aren’t users: they sign in by PIN, can’t reach the Console and cost nothing.
Can two people share a login?
No. Signing in ends any other session, so every discount and refund stays tied to one person.
Can we change plan later?
Anytime. Upgrades start right away, downgrades wait for the end of the paid term, and anything added mid-term is at that day’s rates.
How do we pay?
Card or bank debit, set up once. Monthly, or yearly up front for 20% less; ask us if you need a PO and an invoice.
What if we go over an allowance?
You keep selling. You’re warned before you reach an item or storage allowance, and only after 14 days over do ERP updates pause; the terminals keep selling throughout.
What if the internet goes down?
You keep selling. Sales wait on the device and post on their own when the connection returns.
Does this replace our ERP?
No. Your ERP stays the system of record; usellit is the point of sale, and every sale posts straight back.
Can Spark change a price or issue a refund on its own?
No. Prices come from a deterministic engine, and anything that moves money waits for a person with the right role.
Where does our data sit?
In your own tenant, isolated from every other business, with transactions kept immutably. Card details never reach usellit.
Which ERPs do you support?
Oracle NetSuite and QuickBooks Online today, with NetSuite deepest. Running something else? Tell us; we build what customers ask for.
Do our product pictures come across?
Yes, automatically: fetched from your ERP, optimized to a few kilobytes and versioned. Items without a picture still sell.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Trials are invite-only for now: request access and we set one up for your store, fourteen days on your own ERP and real catalog, every feature on, no card. If you walk away, the account stays read-only for thirty days so you can export, then it’s deleted; your ERP is never touched.
