One subscription, monthly or yearly in advance. Your rates hold for the
term you have paid for. Add something mid-term and you pay only the
difference; take something away and it comes off your next invoice,
not the term you have already paid for.

Remove someone and they lose access at once, and your next invoice
is for the people on the account then. POS clerks are free and
unlimited, so the people serving customers never appear here.

plan. The bands apply per terminal, so the eleventh is $150 while
the first ten stay at $170. You pay for the most you held during a
term, so a terminal removed part way through stays on that bill and
is gone from the next one. Replacing a device is free: pair the new
one to the same terminal, and the bill does not move.

Only if you want AI, and only while you keep it. Priced per
company rather than per user or terminal; cancel and it is off your
next invoice. When a month's actions run out AI pauses until you add
more or the month turns, while your terminals keep selling and help
keeps answering. Every action is listed in your console, by what
asked and from where.
