A toy truck. Through the wall.
A dad needs to fix a hole in the living room. Spark AI walks the associate through the fix: the patch, the steps, the paint he bought for that room last year, and the plastic sheeting he'd have forgotten.
What the film says.
Associate: Hey Mike! What are we fixing today?
Mike: My son drove his toy truck into the living-room wall. Full speed.
Associate: Ouch. How big?
Mike: A few inches, caved in a bit. Here.
Associate: Paper’s torn, so it’s past spackle. Cut back to solid wall, and patch it.
Mike: Cut it? I was hoping to just fill it.
Associate: Here, let me show you. Patch, two thin coats, feather the edges, then a light sand.
Mike: Do I need primer?
Associate: Not with this spackle. Did you use Off-White Number 3? That’s what you bought last year for this room.
Mike: That’s the one!
Associate: The desk has your formula; I’ll have them mix a quart. Roll the whole wall so it blends.
Associate: Repair kit, utility knife, sanding sponge.
Associate: Mini roller, and a tray.
Associate: Sanding’s messy. Plastic sheeting, aisle nine.
Mike: Lead the way!
Associate: Your quart’s ready at the paint desk. That’s $74.72.
Associate: Oh, and we just sent you $20 off any item, good for two weeks. Hope to see you back soon!
Mike: I will. Thanks for the amazing advice!
Narrator: Spark listens in, so every associate knows the fix, and every customer leaves with everything they need.
