Store Types/Fast Food
usellit Labs · Fast Food

The next fast-food counter, in the lab now.

usellit Labs is building what comes after today’s order screens: kitchen and pickup boards that keep up with the rush, a counter that knows the regular, and the drive-thru lane on the same system as the register.

In development with select alpha fast-food and fast-casual chains and partners. It isn’t something to switch on today; if you run a chain and want a hand in what it becomes, request access.

How fast-food counters will run on usellit

From open to close, one system.

A day at a fast-food counter, the way usellit Labs is designing it.

  1. Open the line

Menu, prices and the day’s specials come down from your ERP to every register and every board before the doors open, the way usellit opens every store today.

  2. The breakfast rush

Orders land on the kitchen screen by station the moment they’re paid, and the pickup board rolls each name from making to ready. The boards are what the lab is rebuilding first.

  3. The drive-thru

The lane joins the same system: the order taken at the speaker shows on the confirmation board and the kitchen screen as one ticket. In development with our alpha partners.

  4. The regular

The counter knows his usual and his allergy before he asks, so the order is right the first time. It’s the moment the Floor Story shows.

  5. App and catering orders

Mobile and catering orders join the same queue as the counter and the lane, timed so the dinner rush doesn’t bury them.

  6. Close every lane at once

Counter, kitchen and drive-thru close together, every sale already in your ERP, with no end-of-night export.

AI Clienteling

Every regular known, even at rush speed.

Spark AI is usellit’s assistant at the counter. In the lab it’s learning the fast-food version: the usual, the allergy and the add-on that fits, in the seconds a quick-service line allows.

In the lab

Built with the chains who’ll run it.

usellit Labs has its sights set on fast food with a small group of alpha chains and partners: the order boards, the drive-thru lane and AI at quick-service speed. There’s room for a few more.
